The Gallery accepts personal checks, money orders, and credit cards. Purchases will not be shipped until funds have cleared.

Shipping Policy
Buyer pays for all shipping and handling. Your painting is shipped within 3 days of payment. Frequently, your painting will be shipped the same day or the next day. (Purchases with personal check or money order will take longer, depending on when payment is received.)
We understand that quick, safe shipping is important to you. We pack and ship our paintings with great care so that they have the best possible chance to arrive undamaged. This policy works well for us and we have very few problems with shipping.
To be specific, paintings on canvas are wrapped in brown paper, double boxed with peanuts and/or protective cushioning. Paintings on paper are enclosed in an clear, acid free bag, wrapped with brown paper, double boxed with peanuts and/or protective cushioning.
Certificate of Authenticity
The Gallery will provide the buyer with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist, with each painting.
Return Policy 100% satisfaction.
Paintings may be returned for any reason with 30 days of receipt. The buyer must notify the Gallery by email or telephone of their intent to return the painting within 10 days of receiving it. No paintings can be shipped to the Gallery's Post Office Box.
If possible, the painting must be returned using original packaging materials. If the package is not suitable for transit, please contact the Gallery. We will provide you with additional instructions. Please note that you are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit if the shipping carrier denies the damage claim.
Upon timely receipt of the original painting, the Gallery will refund the buyer the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Paintings must be returned in original, undamaged condition. We strongly encourage the buyer to ship the painting fully insured using a national shipping company with that uses a traceable method.
Damaged Paintings
If the original painting is damaged when you receive it, please notify us as soon as possible. It must be within 10 days. You must retain the damaged painting and all shipping and packaging material.
You will be given instructions on the process for receiving your refund and instructions on what to do with the damaged item, which may include inspection of the item and packaging materials.
Privacy Policy
The Flint River Gallery never shares any of your personal information with anyone else. Ever.
Copyright Policy
The artist retains all copyrights on their original paintings, including the rights to make reproductions of any kind.
Special Services
If you need some type of special service, please don't hesitate to ask us. We can help you with things like gift-wrapping, rush shipping, multiple paintings sent to different addresses, or decorating or installation questions. We are here to help you find art you love. We want to make it easy for you to get your painting hung on your wall quickly so that you may begin enjoying it.
